The Barn Creative Dot Org
My boss asked me to redesign The Barn's site, trusting me with the complete design process when I've never done any web design previously. I saw the project from start to near-finish, with the final design sent out to a developer.

A big part of the redesign was to come up with a way to have featured images without them feeling like they were intentionally more important, and to find a way to show the breadth of work without just listing The Barn's clients. By placing a large hero image and breaking the following images into the grid, the work flows and maintains its expanse. I also came up with a custom filter menu that is part hamburger, part list to help sort through projects.
